How to Delete Your Account
Follow these steps to permanently delete your account from within the Routine 24 app:
- Open the Routine 24 app on your device
- Tap the menu (☰) button at the top left corner
- Navigate to Settings
- Select Account Management
- Tap the "Delete Account" button
- Confirm your decision to complete the deletion process
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Account Information: Email address, name, and user ID
- Routine Data: All custom routines, time slots, and schedules
- App Settings: Preferences, notifications, and customizations
- Usage Records: Analytics data and app interaction history
- Subscription Information: Pro membership status and purchase records
⚠️ Important Notes
- Irreversible Action: Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have exported any important information before proceeding.
- Active Subscriptions: If you have an active Pro subscription, you must cancel it separately through Google Play Store or Apple App Store to avoid future charges. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions.
- Backup Systems: While deletion is immediate, some data may persist in backup systems for up to 30 days before being completely removed.
- Legal Retention: Certain transaction records may be retained for legal, tax, or audit purposes as required by law, even after account deletion.
